Monday nights 7 to 8PM & Friday nights 5:30 to 6:30PM (Falmouth Location)-- 6 to 7pm on Fridays starting in September.

Zumba Gold: Monday 11AM & Thursday 11AM

Zumbatomic for Kids, Friday nights 4:30 to 5:15pm, six-weeks, $42 (5 to 6pm starting in September). Call to register: 508-564-6165.

Cape Cod Dance Center is pleased to welcome Kelly Johnson as a Zumba instructor. Kelly lives in Falmouth. She became a Zumba instructor after losing over thirty pounds through taking Zumba classes and having the most fun she'd have in years. She says: "Zumba changed my life". Kelly will be teaching two Zumba classes weekly at the dance center's new location in Falmouth.

Come see the studio. Come meet Kelly. All are welcome. The Zumba classes fee is $10 drop-in, 5 classes for $45 or 10 classes for $80. 

Come and experience for yourself how dance and exercise can change your life. Kelly became a Zumba instructor so she could share her experience with others. No pre-registration necessary in order to attend classes.
