BALLET
Cape
Cod Dance Center offers ballet technique classes for dancers age 3 to
adults. Our
program is divided in eight levels to guarantee each student proper
placement based on age and ability.
In
addition to receiving a well-rounded ballet education, our goal is inspire
students artistically, offer guidance in body alignment and injury
prevention and offer advice as they reach a professsional level.

Ballet
Schedule Fall/Winter 2009-2010:
Pre-Ballet: Thurs. 3:15 to 4pm, Sat. 11 to 11:45am
Ballet 1: Thurs. 4 to 5pm, Sat. 10 to 11am
Ballet 2: Mon. 4 to 5pm
Ballet 3: Tues. 4 to 5pm & Thurs. 5 to 6pm
Ballet 4: Mon. 5 to 6:30pm & Fri. 4 to 5:30pm
Ballet 4 B pointes: Mon. 6:30pm to 7pm
Ballet 5 Pointes: Wed. 4:30 to 6pm
Ballet 5: Friday 5:30 to 7pm
Ballet 6 pointes: Tues. 5 to 6:45pm
Ballet 6: Wed. 6 to 7:30pm
Ballet 5 & 6: Sat. 1 to 3pm
Adult ballet: Beg./Int.: Thurs. 6:15 to 7:15pm

Ballet & Tap (5 & 6 yr old): Tues. 4:15 to 5:15pm
Ballet & Tap (4 & 5 yr old): Thurs. 4 to 5pm
Ballet & Tap (4 & 5 yr old): Thurs. 5 to 6pm
Additional Rehearsals for the Nutcracker and spring recital will be held
Saturdays after 3pm (scheduled to be announced)
Ballet Requirements: Students Level 3 & 4, 2 classes per week; Levels
5 and 6, 3 classes per week.
