Dance Meditation

Dancemeditation™ does not require learning steps. Students who try Dancemeditation™ report feelings of pleasure, relaxation, integration, and healing. Wrote Psychologist Tom Anderson, Ph.D.: "...Dunya's workshops go beyond both dance and our common notions of meditation to create a new form, melding the natural delight of the body with the natural freedom of the spirit." The workshop includes fluid stretching, and movement and dance as healing meditation process.

Next Workshop: March 20th 2011, 11am-3pm

To register to the Dancemeditation Workshop go to: http://dancemeditation.org/calendar?view=detail&id=44 or call 212-226-2114. The workshop is sponsored by the Dervish Society of America, a nonprofit tax-exempt organization. All program fees are tax-deductible. For more information go to: http://www.dancemeditation.org
