PILATES MAT CLASS

Pilates exercises teach awareness of breath and alignment of the spine, and aim to strengthen the deep torso muscles.

To be used for consecutive classes unless other arrangments are made with the instructor. Class Cards expire after 60 days. Classcard can be used for any of the above classes.

This introduction class is based in the Tai Chi Easy program, a set of movements that are easy to teach, easy to learn and easy to practice.

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese system of slowly flowing movements.
The constant weight shifts train balance and body awareness, leading to
confident ease of movement within the form and in everyday life.

Tai Chi is a physical exercise that focuses the mind, while conditioning the body. Practicing twenty minutes a day dissipates stress and reduces stress-related debilities, increases stamina, and strengthens the body and will.

Each class can be attended separately. $96 FOR SUMMER SERIES (8 Weeks) or $15 per class.
