YOGA & PILATES


The CCDC faculty is dedicated to helping students find better health and shape through instruction tailored to each person’s particular needs.

The space is welcoming and relaxing and students at the Dance Center experience a high level of personal instruction and care. See schedule below.

Pilates Mat Class for beginner and intermediate students with Cathy Dalton

Hatha Yoga
Tues. & Thurs. 9:15 to 10:15am
Gentle poses and breathing techniques for greater strength, opening of the joints, and relaxation with Eveline Carle

Yoga
Fri. 9:15 to 10:15am
Diverse standing poses to help build strength and tone
as well as increase concentration, followed by a relaxation with Eveline Carle

To be used for consecutive classes unless other arrangments are made with the instructor. Class Cards expire after 60 days.
